Golf Fitness–The Journey To 100–The Reboot–Week 24

Another week in The Journey To 100 is in the books. While the losses keep mounting, and that's a good thing, more and more questions are coming up about Keto and how it works. Since I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, I'm really not the one to be answering them, but I do offer a bit of advice on how to navigate a new way of eating and not just having this turn into another Yo-Yo diet.
