After missing my week 25 update with a serious cold, I had to make sure to get this one up on time. Could the magic of Keto (it isn't really magic, but it sure seems like it sometimes) overcome the drain of having a cold? Could another week of losses be in the cards or did they finally slow? Even worse, could there have been a gain?
