Golf Fitness–The Journey To 100–The Reboot–Week 10

Week 10 came and went with a bang. The week started out at 280.6 and ended up at 278.8, or a 1.8 pound loss for the week. Calories seem to be locked in at about 1500 per day and the three nine hole rounds that I was able to get in in the last 10 days certainly helped my losses.
