Happy Week 30 Everyone!
For those that are just finding this adventure series, welcome. For those that have been following along, welcome back. This is a HUGE week as it marks week number 30 on The Journey To 100.  For those just joining the series, I want to let you know that this is a video chronicle of my quest to lose 100 pounds to get in better overall health and have a better fitness level to play better golf.
