Golf Fitness - The Journey To 100 - The Reboot - Week 36


As I begin to close in on Week 40 of my journey, it is great to see that the Keto way of eating is still producing such great results. I'm back posting after being on Vacation for Week 35 last week with another great report. Week 36 was a phenomenal week as my drop for the two weeks was over two pounds. Again, it shocks me that this steady as she goes style of dieting is working so well, but I'm going to keep on it until I reach my 100 - and then some.

Starting Weight: 318.6
Current Weight: 247.8
Total Loss: 70.8 pounds
